We make sure that the process unfolds smoothly and is as easy for you as possible as we make sure that all the pieces to the conveyancing puzzle are organised.
We know there’s a lot of information and you’ll probably have many questions. We aim to make sure you are as informed as you need want to be and are available to assist. We’ll keep you updated along the way.
Arrange and finalise settlement
We aim to exceed all of our competitors in the friendly and expert service we provide. Fast documentation, efficient systems but most of all a dedicated focus to your satisfaction!
Conveyancing is specialised – even some qualified lawyers and licensed conveyancers may struggle with the complexities and problems that can arise. We have over 35 years’ experience, so we know what we are doing and have the experience and maturity to back it up!
All is OK when it goes well but it’s when things go wrong that’s when the difference in standards and experience can appear. It can be a gamble when choosing a conveyancer – make sure they can match our experience and approach!
We are experienced and put your needs ahead of everything else. We are completely independent. We don’t charge for ‘extras’ and provide you with written fixed price fees.

In Words of Our Clients
Words cannot express the high esteem and regard in which we hold Pauline at State Plus Conveyancing. Pauline went above and beyond the call of duty in our recent sale (of our old home) and purchase (of a new home). With a 120 day settlement, the bank of the people we were buying from was not ready to settle on the day. So there we were moving van half full, cat hijacked to the parents in law, and looking like we may not own the beautiful new home we had fallen in love with. But Pauline was an absolute champion. She discovered the problem and then moved heaven and earth to make sure we could gain access to our new home on moving day – thank goodness! It eventually settled a few days later once the vendors bank got their act together. Despite Pauline doing loads of pre-checks and balances prior to settlement day, sometimes things don’t always go to plan. It’s at times like these you thank you lucky stars that you have the right conveyancer on your side. Thank you Pauline, you were fantastic, we unreservedly highly recommend you to absolutely all comers – you CANNOT get a better person to represent you.Buninyong, VIC
My wife and I were relatively new to Ballarat and were looking in the market to buy a new home. I enquired with my financial team, and they recommended Pauline Fay at Stateplus Conveyancing to take care of all our legal matters. This proved very much to be the best decision we could make. From the very first visit to Pauline’s office to the completion at settlement and even after this with follow ups we found Pauline to be not only so professional, but she made my wife and I feel totally relaxed and stress free. Pauline took care of everything we needed and was always readily available to answer any ongoing questions we had. We certainly would highly recommend Pauline at Stateplus Conveyancing to anyone, and if and when the time comes that we want to either sell or buy another property, Pauline will be the first person we will call. I have engaged Pauline on a number of occasions when buying and/or selling property and have found her to always, always, be both professional and pleasant to deal with. These two do not always go hand in hand, but with Pauline she could do no other way. One property she helped me with was for a property purchase in Queensland that was not settled properly, and caused me endless problems. Pauline stepped in as liaison with all parties and resolved the issues promptly, for which I am very grateful. Pauline knows conveyancing and she knows quick and easy conflict resolution which makes the conveyancing side of property seem easy.Albury, NSW
‘We are grateful to Pauline for her work on our recent sale and purchase as she ensured the transaction went smoothly and without stress. Her level of knowledge and attention to detail assisted us greatly in choosing the right home and we appreciated the ongoing contact leading up to settlement, with Pauline making herself available at any time we had any questions or concerns. We highly recommend Pauline and will not be going elsewhere in future.’Learmonth, VIC
